Our carbon nanotube masterbatches CNT-ABS-10 uses our industrial grade multi walled carbon nanotubes. This product has a 10% CNTs loading ratio.
The CNT-ABS-10 material can be used with 3D printers, injection molders, & extruders. Once received, you simply let it down and run it in your equipment. Sold by the kilogram

CNTs were dispersed in ABS using twin-screw extruder, then the specimens were made by compression molding. Volume and surface resistivity were measured by high insulation resistance instrument ZC-90D（IEC 60093-1980, the test voltage is 100V).

CNTs were dispersed in ABS using twin-screw extruder, then the specimens were made by injection molding. The standard of mechanical property of specimens was ISO 527, ISO 180 and ISO 178.
