OH Functionalized Carbon Nanotubes

Our OH functionalized carbon nanotubes have Hydroxyl (OH) functional groups bonded to the ends and sidewalls of the

CNTs. Please note – OH functionalized CNTs primarily have OH functional groups whereas the COOH functionalized nanotubes have mostly COOH groups with a small concentration of OH groups as well.

They are produced by Catalyzed Chemical Vapor Deposition and purified/functionalized using acid chemistry, KMnO4 in H2SO4 solution.
