Description
Array-Grown Aligned Multi Walled Carbon Nanotubes 5-15nm
Our Array-Grown Aligned Multi Walled Carbon Nanotubes 5-15nm are grown as vertically aligned arrays by catalytic chemical vapor deposition (CCVD) and harvested as an aligned bundle powder. The tubes have an outer diameter of 5-15nm, purity above 99 wt%, and very low residual metal content. The aligned, low-defect tubes and low catalyst residue suit applications where purity and tube integrity matter: conductive and antistatic polymer composites, mechanical reinforcement, battery and supercapacitor electrodes, conductive coatings and inks, and research requiring aligned or high-purity nanotubes. Surfactants are used to stabilize dispersions in DI Water or other aqueous solvent mixtures. The most common surfactants used are PVP, SDS, or SDBS.
