Description
Industrial Grade Graphene Nanoplatelets, 6-10 Layer, 0.5-1um
Cheap Tubes Industrial Grade Graphene Nanoplatelets are a 6-10 layer, 0.5-1um primary particle size grade produced for volume applications where cost per kilogram matters as much as consistency. This grade sits in the multi-layer thickness range, giving a favorable balance of surface area and bulk handling compared to few-layer material, at a lower cost per kilogram than research-grade GNPs.
Typical uses include conductive and thermally conductive polymer composites, protective and barrier coatings, concrete and cementitious composites, and thermal management formulations, generally at 1-5 wt% loading for electrical percolation or 0.5-3 wt% for thermal property gains. Dispersion is achieved with standard sonication or high shear mixing. As with any GNP grade, mixing method and loading level should be validated in your own formulation before scale-up.
